I will only use your shipping and billing address and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order and for legal reasons, e.g. to pay taxes
Imitation food
According to The Food Imitation (Safety) Regulations 1989, individual items must not be resold by the buyer to non-commercial (private) buyers as they present a potential choking hazard and as such do not comply with section 4 of the Food Imitation (Safety) regulations 1989.
Processing time
Most items are ready to ship and posted out daily Monday to Friday. For items that need to be made allow up to three days due to the time it takes the materials to set and dry.
Shipping address
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the provided address is correct. The seller is not responsible for missing or undelivered parcels if the provided information is incorrect. The buyer is responsible for any additional postage charges in order to resend a parcel if it is returned to me as undelivered and you want the items to be resent.
